Welcome to the official website of Kumar Parc Residences by Kumar Builders. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Booking & Application

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of application.
• The applicant must provide accurate personal and financial information. Any false information may lead to cancellation of booking.
• The company reserves the right to accept or reject any booking without assigning a reason.

2. Payment & Pricing

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, as per builder discretion and prevailing market conditions.
• All payments must be made as per the agreed payment schedule.
• Cheques or online transfers should be made in favor of the designated company account.

3. Possession & Delivery

• The proposed possession date is May 2028. The company will make reasonable efforts to deliver on time, but delays due to unforeseen circumstances, legal approvals, or force majeure will not constitute a breach of contract.
• Possession will be handed over only after full payment and completion of all legal formalities.

4. Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellation of bookings must be communicated in writing.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the company's cancellation policy.
• Certain amounts, such as booking fees, may be non-refundable.

5. Usage & Restrictions

• The apartments are intended for residential purposes only. Commercial use without prior permission is prohibited.
• Residents must comply with all rules and regulations of the project, including maintenance and safety guidelines.

6. Legal Approvals & Disclaimers

• All project approvals, licenses, and clearances are subject to government regulations.
• The company is not responsible for delays arising from government or statutory authorities.
• All specifications, layouts, designs, and amenities are subject to change at the discretion of the company without prior notice.

7. Maintenance & Services

• Maintenance charges for common areas and facilities will be levied as per the prevailing rates and regulations of the housing society or property management company.
• The company may provide additional services at its discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The company will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of income, or inconvenience caused due to project delays, changes in specifications, or force majeure events.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• All transactions and agreements shall be governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pune courts only.
